He acquired in-depth knowledge of complicated, traditional techniques of preparing the nation’s most authentic dishes, including the traditional way of serving and of handling raw ingredients. Matan provides Asian culinary consultation services for a wide array of clients, restaurants and organizations both in Israel and abroad, including the Setai hotel in Jaffa, the Minna Tomei restaurant chain, the East and West import company, and many others.

During his studies, which included

The minimal number of diners per reservation is 10
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation up to 7 days prior to the event – no charge
Cancellation up to 3 days prior to the event – 50% charge
Cancellation less than 3 days prior to the event – full charge
The menu will include, on rotation, a variety of fish, vegetable and meat dishes, depending on the nature of the event and after coordinating with the client. At the end of the meal, wine and Japanese deserts will be served. It is possible to include premium Japanese alcohol on the menu (for a surcharge). Reservations are possible for events both in Israel and abroad.
