During his studies, which included
training at famous Michelin-starred restaurants, Matan made sure to eat the food prepared by the greatest local chefs, thus living up to the mantra “in order to cook well, one must eat well.” He absorbed and fell in love with the quiet, precise Japanese mentality. Matan is considered a prodigy in the art of

Japanese dining. His private, exclusive events enjoy the Japanese culinary and cultural experience through unique dishes, all-round, highly courteous service, and a flawless performance. Something that Matan will not settle on, under any circumstances, is the quality of the raw ingredients he uses. The fresh ginger and wasabi, alongside the other

high-quality ingredients, blend into Matan’s famous nigiri dishes to create a unique texture that provides a variety of flavors that constantly surprise the diner. Each meal combines as many of these bite-size dishes in order to provide the diners with a deep, rich experience of flavors, scents and faraway lands.

Unequivocally, the best sushi I’ve ever had! From the moment we first approached him and until event ended, the service was phenomenal and the food outstanding. Highly recommended!
